By making a booking with Kuchalambal Marriage Hall, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Booking Confirmation & Payments

• A non-refundable advance payment (30–50% of the total fee) is required to secure your booking.

• The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the event. Late payments may incur penalties or cancellation.

• All payments must be made via bank transfer, cash, or approved digital payment methods.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation 30+ days before the event: Partial refund (excluding the advance deposit).

• Cancellation within 30 days: No refund will be issued.

• Rescheduling: Subject to availability; additional charges may apply.

• Force Majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions): Refund or rescheduling will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. Hall Usage & Restrictions

• Rental Duration: Booking includes a fixed time slot (e.g., 6 AM – 11 PM). Early access or overtime will incur extra charges.

• Decorations:

  • No nails, screws, or permanent adhesives on walls/floors.

  • All decor must be removed after the event; failure to do so will result in a cleaning fee.

• Prohibited Activities:

  • Fireworks, open flames (except approved catering setups).

  • Loud music after 10 PM (subject to local noise laws).

  • Illegal substances, weapons, or disruptive behavior.

4. Damages & Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit may be required for damage protection.

• The client is fully responsible for any damages caused by guests or vendors.

• The deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after inspection.

5. Catering & Outside Vendors

• Outside catering is allowed only with prior approval.

• Vendors must provide valid licenses and follow venue policies.

• Alcohol service must comply with local laws; excessive consumption may lead to event termination.

6. Liability & Insurance

• Kuchalambal Marriage Hall is not liable for:

  • Personal injuries, theft, or loss of belongings.

  • Vendor-related issues (e.g., caterers, decorators).

• Clients are encouraged to obtain event insurance for large gatherings.

7. General Rules

• Smoking: Only in designated areas.

• Parking: Available on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Clean-Up: The venue must be left in its original condition; additional cleaning fees may apply.
